What do you think?

As a pastor, I sometimes come across a good preacher and although I don’t always agree with the tone of her voice, Ann Coulter tells the truth on this one! Some say “invective” but the truth is in what she shares today. Brit Hume gave great advice to Tiger.  Christianity is the best offer we have because it comes from God!   He created this place we now inhabit; He created each of us as unique; and he offers us the best thing for our welfare, Salvation. It is a “stimulus” package even I can believe in! What do you think?

This is Ann at her best. It is refreshing also, that Brit Hume understands the underlying problem that faces Tiger Woods. He has committed a sin and he knows it…yet who can he go to and ask for forgiveness so he can begin a fresh start? Not Buddha… Not Allah… Who can help Tiger? Only Our Lord Jesus can, only our Lord and Savior will… if you believe on Him with your heart and confess with your mouth to men, that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again. AMEN & Amen.

I definitely agree and find Laura Ingraham as another commentator who gets it right when it comes to truth telling and putting faith in God as a guiding light out in there in the public forum. She has no fear in doing this. I am pretty convinced that the invective belongs with the left, namely the Keith Obermann and the Chris Matthews (two commentators among a leftist cast of thousands) who persecute Christians to the “nth” degree. As someone recently pointed out, if Brit Hume had mentioned the need for Tiger to become a Muslim, or a Buddhist there would have been no vitriol from the left. But to mention the name of Jesus Christ…wow… the two most controversial words in the U.S. and all hell breaks loose. I think it is this persecution along with a whole host of other invectives against Christians that marks the “end times” in which we now live.
    Yours in Christ

I admire Britt Hume, as well as Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham, for their boldness in simply stating their belief. Such statements are needed, and these people, who have the “camera’s eye,” are stepping up to lead the rest of us. They are using their access to the media to witness to their faith, and also to their American rights, freedom of speech and freedom of religion. For their witness in both arenas, I thank God, and hope that all of us on the other side of the camera will be inspired to speak out as well.
